Join our international, multidisciplinary team at Thales Nederland working on the design of new products and for managing software and hardware development.
About the job:
As product owner, your primary responsibility is to oversee the development of complex software models by the MINT sub-team. This model is delivered to our customers to diagnose our complex systems, ensuring maintenance is simple and preferably predictable, and enabling remote assistance if necessary. This
Candidate profile
Creative and proactive, excellent stakeholder management skills
Communicate effectively and with strong skills (listening, asking the right questions and expressing yourself in an open, professional way)
Proven experience in product ownership (or equivalent) at least 5 years or more recent experience in the role of product owner
Hands-on experience with JIRA (scrum / Kanban)
Result oriented with a high sense of responsibility and accountability
You like to work as and with a team, able to convince, inspire, coach and support other team members
You are able to understand your technical clients and application owners’ needs
Fluency in spoken and written English and Dutch
Candidate needs to live in the Netherlands or nearby
Candidate needs to work at the office in Hengelo for at least 3 days a week, Wednesday is obligated
Minimum hours per week 36
