Tasks and responsibilities
As a Strategy Consultant you support the management team with the development of the Wealth Management Client Unit vision and strategy, the identification of (new) business opportunities and by participating in strategic assignments like M&A-projects. Candidate profile
Supporting the development and implementation of the WM vision & strategy
Liaises with international network on strategic topics for continuous development of the WM Strategy. Addresses trends and translates this into consequences for WM, provides insights in future challenges and what scenarios could play out. Gives pro-active advice on possibilities to adjust the strategy on an ongoing basis.
Identifies new business opportunities coming both from internal (P&L) analysis, and from external/peer assessments. Participates in benchmarking initiatives and identifies possible (growth) opportunities.
Supporting or leading strategy projects and participates in the execution of strategy programs
Participates in or independently leads high-impact projects related to organic and inorganic growth (e.g. M&A projects). Working in close cooperation with the WM Management Team members and the country MT's
Maintains a variety of formal and informal relationship networks with stakeholders in- and outside the organization, such as Strategy & Innovation, Corporate Development, Country Executives and industry analysts
