Candidate profile
As a Subcontracting Coordinator, your typical day will involve managing various aspects of outsourced production work. You will be actively involved in coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
Coordinate the progress of outsourced production work, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
Proactively identify and resolve problems, implementing corrective measures as needed.
Oversee the fabrication process at subcontractor facilities, collaborating closely with the Manufacturing Supervisor (when applicable).
Manage logistics, working closely with NEM's Logistics department to ensure smooth transportation of materials.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including suppliers, internal departments, and project teams.
