Als PLM Consultant neem je deel aan een enthousiast en gedreven Agile squad. Dit squad opereert zelfstandig en is verantwoordelijk voor het volledige PLM domein. Jouw werk als PLM Consultant is erg gevarieerd: je werkt aan zowel het beheer als de development van onze applicaties. Tijdens de dagelijkse stand-up bespreek je de incidenten en het geplande werk. Candidate profile
De belangrijkste taken zijn:
Zorg dragen voor optimaal werkende en continu beschikbare PLM applicaties.
Het oplossen van incidenten.
Het uitvoeren van ‘user stories’ in nauwe samenwerking met de aanvrager en eventueel andere squads
Het inventariseren van behoeften in de business en dit vertalen in definitie en inrichting door het maken van ‘user Epics/stories’ (refinement);
Het continu verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen binnen het Agile squad.
Het reflecteren van jezelf en je collega’s t.a.v. de afgelopen sprint. Er wordt van je verwacht dat je verbetervoorstellen aandraagt om samen met je team te excelleren (retrospective).
Het borgen en effectueren van een solide kennisoverdracht.
