We're Looking for a Fit with These Skills & Experience
Lead Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead engineering role involving multiple domains.
Education: A Master's degree in Systems Engineering, (Applied) Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Domain Expertise: Proven experience in medical consumer product development, with a strong understanding of regulatory design controls such as FDA, ISO 13485, and EUMDR.
Technical Proficiency: Sound knowledge of modeling/simulation tools (e.g., CREO, Ansys, Matlab, Cameo) and strong experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS).
Data Analysis: Demonstrated expertise in data and statistical analysis, evidenced by a Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) certification.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse, global teams.
Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to internal and external partners.
